Installation Manager

Education & Qualifications

  • Construction Experience. Minimum 2-3 years
  • Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following: construction, basic project management & jobsite safety

Key Experience & Knowledge


  • Ability to do precise measurements.
  • Good knowledge of hanging pictures and other wall mounted items
  • Project Management-hospitality and commercial experience helpful.
  • Ability to read blueprints and elevations
  • Basic understanding of Items lists provided by clients.
  • Financial management-budgeting, cost tracking and executive summaries, invoice review.
  • Ability to track and report item status from warehouse to delivery and installation.
  • Ability to communicate with Project Manager.
  • Project close-out-inventory reconciliation and financial close-out.
  • Safety Conscious.
  • Ability to keep team focused on goals.
  • Ability to achieve targeted production numbers.


  • Experience in Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) industry helpful.
  • Ability to develop alternatives that are cost effective.
  • Ability to ensure high quality results that meet and balance the needs of the Client and the Project.
  • Knowledge of Punch List Check Off helpful
  • Effectiveness of coordination with Project management teams, Construction manager and other outside consultants.
  • Ability to earn Project Team’s and clients’ confidence and respect.
  • Team spirit and willingness to get involved to assist other project teams within the department.
  • Presence in meetings and overall quality of verbal communication.
  • Cost conscious and driven by success.
